Each of these courses include a two-hour Essentials course. We also offer a four-hour NDA and Indemnification Mastery course. Each course breaks down a specific topic into modules that walk you through the language, the negotiation dynamics, and the drafting choices that matter.
Members can move through the courses at their own pace. Some people work straight through one course. Others jump in when a specific provision shows up in a deal they are working on.
20+ Hours of Live Training Each Year
The Program also includes 20+ hours of live training every year. Live sessions give you the chance to ask questions in real time and hear how Laura answers questions from other members. Some of the best learning happens in the questions other people ask.
Three Certifications
Members can earn three certifications by completing the relevant courses and passing module-based assessments. The certifications cover commercial contracts, indemnification provisions, and NDAs.
Each certification is a real credential you can put on your resume, your LinkedIn profile, or your company bio. It signals that you have done the work and know the material. Employers and internal stakeholders recognize that.
The Contract Mastery Library
The Library is the working reference tool that sets the Program apart. Members get access to 200+ hours of expert training, 500+ playbook strategies, and 400+ practical tips, all searchable through AI that cites every answer.

Every hour of AI training in the Program was recorded since March 2025. AI contract issues move fast. The Program covers what is happening now in AI product agreements, AI-related provisions in standard commercial contracts, and the practical workflows people are building around AI tools.
